Internal Sales Executive - Pipedrive CRM

We are a well-established business based in Ashford. We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive to sell Pipedrive CRM. As a leading Pipedrive partner, we are looking to grow our marketing share of this first-class CRM tool, designed specifically for salespeople.

As an experienced B2B Sales Executive, you will ideally have a background in selling software packages to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the UK. Experience with Pipedrive isn't essential as you will be given full training. This role will see you work directly with the Sales & Marketing Director, who is sales focused and a key element in winning new business and sales growth.

About you:

  • Proven background in sales, ideally B2B
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build on existing relationships and develop new customers.
  • IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Do you have previous cold calling experience, with a tenacious approach to sales and a confident approach to telephone sales?

The Role:

  • To prospect for new enquiries
  • Proactive lead generation, phone, emails, social media etc.
  • To follow up on inbound Pipedrive enquiries
  • To prepare and demonstrate Pipedrive to potential customers
  • To produce proposals relevant to the potential customer's requirements.
  • To manage and maintain the Flowbird CRM system.
  • Identify new business potential and promote the range of Pipedrive software products
  • Help to achieve continued sales growth and maximum profitability

This role is office-based/home-based, hours of work are Monday - Friday 09.00-17.30, 20 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays) salary is dependent on experience, but the range is £20,000-£30,000 and a monthly commission structure.
