What is a Double Opt-In Contact?

Finding Double Opt-In Contacts:
- Create a filter in the people list view.
Identifying Opt-In Status:
- Check "Marketing status" in the contacts view section.
Sending Double Opt-In Requests:
- Click the contact, then “Send request” in the marketing section.
After Confirmation:
- Pipedrive saves the confirmation time, date, and IP address.
Changing Marketing Status:
- You can revert "PENDING DOUBLE OPT-IN" to "Subscribed" or "Unsubscribed".
Send Button Disabled Reasons:
- No verified sender, previous request sent, or permissions issues.
Request Limit:
- Up to 100 double opt-in requests per 24 hours.
Changing Sender Name:
- Set in Campaigns settings under the sender section.
Authenticated Emails:
- Yes, if the sender domain is authenticated.
Re-sending to Unsubscribed Contacts:
- Allowed for resubscription.

- Enable the double opt-in column in the people list view settings.
