Can I Change the Order of My Deals in the Pipeline View?

You can change the order of your deals in the pipeline view using the "Sort by" dropdown on the right side of your screen. Here’s how you can customise the order of your deals:

1. Navigate to Pipeline View:

   • Go to your Pipedrive pipeline view.

2. Access Sorting Options:

   • On the right side of your screen, you'll find the "Sort by" dropdown menu.

3. Select Sorting Criteria:

   • Click on the "Sort by" dropdown to see a list of sorting options. These options include:
     • Activity-based (default)
     • Deal title
     • Deal value
     • Linked person name
     • Linked organisation name
     • Expected close date
     • Deal creation time
     • Done activities count
     • Activities to do
     • Product count
     • Owner name

4. Change Order:

   • After selecting your desired sorting criteria, you can flip the sort order by clicking the "Change order" option next to the dropdown.

By customising the sorting order, you can organise your deals in the pipeline view according to your specific preferences and priorities, making it easier to manage and track your sales activities.
