Pipedrive doesn't offer a separate desktop app and must be used online via a web browser. However, the Pipedrive iOS and Android mobile apps allow for offline use. Changes made offline will sync with the Pipedrive database once an internet connection is available.
Note that the mobile apps default to online mode if connected to the internet. If your mobile app stays in offline mode despite being connected, contact support.
