Deal Card Customisation and Sorting

What makes Pipedrive different from other CRMs is its ability to help you track activities by organising your deals based on the priority of those deal’s next-scheduled activity. Each business has unique needs, so Pipedrive offers an extra level of customisation for your deals and pipeline.

Card Customisation

This feature is only available on Professional and higher plans.

A deal card is a visual representation of an ongoing opportunity you are pursuing with a person or organisation, processed through the stages of your pipeline until it is either won or lost. By default, deal cards contain the following information:

  • Deal title
  • Linked contact person and organisation
  • Deal value
  • Deal label
  • Deal owner

The deal title field is mandatory.

To customise the information shown on the deal cards:

  1. Click on the pipeline selection dropdown.
  2. Select “Customise deal cards”.

Here, you can choose the default or custom fields you want to display on every deal card.

Long text and multiple option fields are not supported.

You can add up to seven deal, person, or organisation fields. Click on the desired field to add or remove it from the deal card and save the changes.

Note: Deal card customisation is applied per user and pipeline.

Deal Sorting in the Pipeline View

This feature is available on all plans.

Pipedrive helps you focus on deals requiring immediate attention by moving them to the top of your pipeline stages. By default, deals are sorted based on activity, but you can change the order based on your preferences.

You can sort deals by the following criteria:

  • Activity-based (default)
  • Deal title
  • Deal value
  • Linked person name
  • Linked organisation name
  • Expected close date
  • Deal creation time
  • Done activities count
  • Activities to do
  • Product count
  • Owner name

To change the order of your deals:

  1. Click “Sort by” below the pipeline and filter buttons.

  2. Select the desired sorting criterion from the dropdown menu.

To flip the sort order for the selected criterion, click on “Change order” next to the dropdown.

By customising deal cards and sorting criteria, you can tailor Pipedrive to better fit your business processes and enhance your sales workflow.
