- Click the “+” between any two stages to add a new one in that location.

- You’ll see a new stage in the location you chose. Here, you can edit the stage's name, set the probability, and configure rotting settings.
Tips for Customising Stages:
- Name: Choose a clear and descriptive name for the stage that reflects the step in your sales process.
- Probability: Set the likelihood of winning a deal at this stage to aid in sales forecasting.
- Rotting Settings: Define the period after which deals in this stage are considered 'rotten' if they remain inactive.
