Organisation Vs Company Account

When a Pipedrive account is created, both a user account and a company account are established.

• Company Account: This represents your organisation within Pipedrive. You can invite colleagues to join this company account, allowing them to access the shared database.

• User Account: Each individual within the company account will have their own user account to interact with Pipedrive.

You don't need to create a new company account if a colleague already has one. They can invite you to join their existing company account.

• Access and Privileges: The access level and privileges you have within Pipedrive are determined by the company owner or users with User Management permissions.
