The simplest method for moving data from one Pipedrive account to another is by utilising our third-party migration partner, Import2. Import2 specialises in handling data migrations and can streamline the transfer process efficiently.
Steps for Using Import2:
- Reach out to Import2 support to initiate the migration.
- Follow the steps provided by Import2 to securely transfer your data between Pipedrive accounts.
Since Import2 is a third-party service, direct any questions about the transfer process to their support team.
Importing and Exporting Your Data
This action is only available to admin users or regular users with the correct permissions enabled.
Another method to move your data between Pipedrive accounts is through manual exporting and importing. This involves exporting the relevant data from your current Pipedrive account into a spreadsheet and then importing that spreadsheet into the new Pipedrive account.
Steps for Exporting Data:
- Export Data: Go to the "..." (more) menu in Pipedrive and select "Export data."
- Save Spreadsheet: Save the exported data as a spreadsheet file (XLS, XLSX, or CSV).
Steps for Importing Data:
- Prepare Spreadsheet: Ensure the spreadsheet includes all mandatory fields required by Pipedrive. For details on mandatory fields, click here.
- Import Data: Go to the new Pipedrive account and select "Import data" from the "..." (more) menu.
- Map Fields: During the import process, map the columns from your spreadsheet to the corresponding fields in Pipedrive.
