Email raw source data cannot be found directly in your Pipedrive account. It must be gathered from your email account.
Occasionally, our support team may need you to send an email’s raw source to help troubleshoot email issues. Below are instructions for the most common providers – Gmail and Outlook.
Gmail Raw Source
- Open the email you need the raw source for.
- Click the “...” (More options) on the options bar.
- Select “Show original”.
Outlook Raw Source
- Select the message you need the raw source for.
- Click the “...” (More options) button.
- Go to View > View message details.
Source data is only available for messages received in Outlook, not sent from it.
By following these steps, you can easily access and provide the raw source data to our support team for further assistance.
