Why Can't I See My Colleagues' Deals in the Pipeline View?

If you believe you should be able to view items owned by one of the other users in your Pipedrive account but cannot see that information, we suggest checking the displayed filter in the pipeline view to verify that it should be showing that user's owned items.

Checking Filters

First, ensure that the filter settings in your pipeline view are correctly configured. To do this:

1. Go to your pipeline view.
2. Look at the filter options at the top of the page.
3. Select a filter that includes your colleague’s deals. Common filters are “All deals” or “Team deals”.

If the filters are correctly set and you still can't see your colleague's deals, the issue may be related to visibility settings.

Visibility Settings

Visibility settings in Pipedrive determine which users can see which data. These settings are managed by the admin user of your account and can restrict access based on visibility groups.

Possible Visibility Restrictions:

• Visibility Groups: Your admin may have placed you and your colleagues in different visibility groups. This means you can only see deals within your own group.
• Item-Specific Visibility: Deals, leads, and other items can have their visibility set individually. If a deal's visibility is restricted, only specific users or groups will be able to view it.

Steps to Resolve

1. Check with Admin: If you suspect visibility settings are restricting your view, contact your admin user for clarification. They can adjust the settings if necessary.
2. Review Visibility Permissions: Ask your admin to review and possibly modify the visibility permissions to ensure you have access to the required data.
