How does it work?
A typical implementation process starts with an in-depth analysis and review of your requirement, goals and plans. We can then establish your short, medium long term objectives. To achieve this we carry out a series of interviews with key stakeholders and members your team to gain a full understanding of your business. Once this is fully documented and agreed upon we can begin the process of deployment, configuration training and support.
Once you go live we have a number of support options available, from fixed monthly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or hourly packs for consultancy, training or support.

So the first stage of the process is to fully understand your business and secondly to get buy-in from key stakeholders and staff members. Users of the system need to feel that they have a say in the process.
