Deal Dash Competition Terms & Conditions

Deal Dash is designed to be fun and fair. These Terms simply explain how the game works, how prizes are awarded, and how we keep the leaderboard clean.
1. Eligibility
Deal Dash is open to all attendees of the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics Expo 2026, of any age.
Participation is limited to individuals physically attending the event. No purchase is required to enter or play.
2. How To Enter
Entry to Deal Dash is free of charge.
Participants may play the game as many times as they wish during the competition period. Only a participant’s highest recorded score will be counted toward the leaderboard.
3. Competition Period
The competition runs from:
Start: Tuesday 3 February 2026 at 9:00am
End: Thursday 5 February 2026 at 4:00pm
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be counted.
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of competition closure by email.
4. Leaderboard Rules
Unlimited gameplay attempts are permitted.
Only the highest score per participant will be recorded.
Leaderboard rankings are determined automatically by the Deal Dash system.
Tie Breaks
If two or more participants achieve the same score, the most recent valid submission within the competition window will be ranked higher.
5. Prizes
Prizes are awarded to the top leaderboard positions as follows:
- 1st Place: £100 Amazon digital voucher
- 2nd Place: £75 Amazon digital voucher
- 3rd Place: £50 Amazon digital voucher
- Runner-up prizes awarded to additional qualifying leaderboard positions
All prizes are:
- Digital vouchers only
- Non-cash and non-exchangeable
- Redeemable via Amazon
- Single-use redemption codes
Once issued, Flowbird Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, misused or incorrectly entered prize delivery details.
6. Winner Identification & Verification
To participate, players must submit:
- Business email address
- Name and company name
- Phone number
Prizes will be delivered via email only. Flowbird Ltd accepts no responsibility for prizes not received due to incorrect or invalid contact details supplied by the participant.
Identity verification on-site is not required. Participation is intended to remain fun and informal.
7. Fair Play & Abuse Protection
Automated anti-abuse and anti-manipulation detection is active throughout the competition.
Flowbird Ltd reserves the right to:
- Remove suspicious or invalid scores
- Disqualify participants engaging in unfair play
- Reject entries generated via automation, scripting or system manipulation
Decisions regarding disqualification and leaderboard integrity are final.
8. Communications & Data Usage
By participating, entrants agree to receive:
- Deal Dash gameplay notifications
- Score updates
- Leaderboard status alerts
- Prize and competition outcome emails
Participants may also receive post-event Flowbird updates and event follow-up communications.
All emails include unsubscribe options. Please note: unsubscribing from Deal Dash system emails may prevent prize delivery.
Data is processed in accordance with Flowbird Ltd’s privacy policy and UK GDPR requirements.
9. Technical Limitations & Liability
Flowbird Ltd is not responsible for:
- Network outages
- Connectivity issues
- Device failures
- Platform downtime
- Incomplete or failed submissions
- Loss of leaderboard entry due to user navigation before confirmation
Participants are responsible for ensuring their score submission is successfully recorded before leaving the game interface.
10. General
Flowbird Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
