Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18+ attending the Event in a business capacity.
Employees, contractors, and agents of Flowbird (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
Business email requirement: Entries must use a verifiable corporate email domain. Personal webmail domains (e.g., gmail.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, icloud.com, etc.) are not eligible.
Role-based emails (e.g., info@, sales@, support@, admin@, hello@, enquiries@) are not eligible. Use a named business mailbox.
Flowbird may request reasonable proof of identity, employer, and eligibility and may disqualify entries that fail verification.

How to Enter
Play the Deal Dash mini-game on the Flowbird event page/booth screen during Event hours.
When your round ends, submit the on-page form with your full name, company name, and business email. Your final score is captured automatically.
No purchase necessary. Internet/device access at the Event required.

Entry Limits
You may play multiple rounds; only your single highest submitted score on the day counts.
Automated, bulk, scripted, or third-party entries are prohibited.

Promotion Period

Only scores submitted via the form within the Promotion Period are eligible.

Winner Selection & Tie-Break
Highest valid final score wins the Grand Prize for the day.
Tie-break: If two or more valid entries share the top score, the winner is the earliest valid submission timestamp recorded by our form. If still tied (e.g., identical timestamps), Flowbird will conduct a random draw among tied entries.

Prize

Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative. Flowbird may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Notification & Claim
The provisional winner will be notified by email using the submitted business email within [2] business days after Event close.
The winner must respond and complete any verification within [7] days of notification. Failure to respond or verify in time may result in disqualification and award to the next-ranked eligible entrant.

Disqualification
- Uses a non-eligible email (personal webmail domain or role-based alias), false identity, or unverifiable details;
- Tampers with or attempts to manipulate gameplay, score capture, or the website;
- Breaches these Terms or behaves abusively or unlawfully.

Fair Play & Technical Issues
The mini-game is for fun; please play fairly. Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with systems will result in disqualification.
If a technical issue occurs (e.g., connectivity or display failure), Flowbird may annul affected rounds, adjust scores, or cancel/reschedule the Promotion if necessary. Flowbird is not responsible for entries not received due to technical faults.

Publicity
By entering, winners agree Flowbird may announce first name, last initial, company, and score in winner/leaderboard communications relating to this Promotion (including displays at the Event and Flowbird channels), unless you reasonably object.

Data & Privacy
Flowbird will process your personal data (name, company, business email, score) to administer the Promotion and to contact the winner.
With your consent (where collected), Flowbird may send marketing communications; you can withdraw consent at any time.

Data may be processed by service providers (e.g., Google Forms/Sheets) under contract with Flowbird.

Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the foregoing, Flowbird is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, technical failures, or prize acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes & Cancellation
Flowbird may update these Terms, substitute prizes, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control, ensuring changes do not materially disadvantage entrants without good reason.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
