Every order, from request to payment, visible in one pipeline.
Orders were handled across JotForm, Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, Xero and Stripe, so nobody could easily see where a request stood. Flowbird put Pipedrive at the centre and connected the rest to it.
Pipedrive first, then everything connected to it.
The work came in three parts: a core Pipedrive implementation, connected workflows built in Make, and a custom form to replace JotForm. Each request now creates a deal, and quotes, invoices and payments update it as they happen.
