Jason founded Flowbird on a straightforward observation: most CRM problems are data problems in disguise. Businesses invest in platforms, build automations, and train their teams, then wonder why the reports still can't be trusted, and the system quietly gets abandoned. He built Flowbird to fix the bit everyone skips: the data underneath. Fifteen years of working with growing businesses taught him that the intelligence needed to make better decisions is almost always already there; it just needs cleaning, connecting, and structuring to become usable.
