Rebecca Alksnitis
Commercial Director
With over 25 years in sales and strategic management, Rebecca started as one of the youngest Contract Managers for a FTSE telecoms company, later managing an EMEA distributor network. She specialises in negotiation, supply chain management, and creating effective sales strategies.
Rebecca is passionate about helping companies grow through strategic selling and customer retention.
When she's not at work, Rebecca loves to travel, particularly by train, and has a passion for discovering new places.

Emma Everest
Client Services Director
Emma is our client services director, where she plays a pivotal role in managing and supervising a wide array of projects.
Her responsibilities include effectively delegating tasks to team members and providing them with the necessary guidance and support to ensure the seamless and successful delivery of projects, regardless of their size or complexity.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys creative activities and fun outings with her family.

Gavin Tanton
Operations Manager
As our operations manager, Gavin makes sure the job always gets done. He ensures that client agreements are delivered, manages our internal systems and works on client projects.
Gavin's hobbies include Golf, Fishing and Drone Flying and also enjoys trips away with family and friends.

Louis Tomlinson
Sales Manager

As the resident Pipedrive expert, he helps clients simplify complex sales processes, build stronger customer relationships, and boost revenue. Committed to continuous learning, Louis empowers teams and clients alike, championing automation and AI to streamline success.
Away from the office, you'll find him skateboarding—embracing the thrills and occasional spills with the same determination he brings to every deal.

Lead Integration Engineer Roshan is our coding genius with a computing degree and is one of our accredited Make specialists. He uses automation and code to create whatever integration your business needs.

Abi is our CRM and Marketing Automation Project Co-ordinator skilled in HubSpot, email marketing, and automation. She is also our Active Campaign specialist.
Abi focuses on optimising customer relationships, streamlining marketing processes, and creating targeted initiatives to drive engagement and growth. She collaborates with teams to ensure smooth project execution and is dedicated to delivering outstanding marketing results.
In her free time, Abi enjoys spending time with her ponies, exploring the countryside, and supporting her local kennel.

With a background as a Production Manager and Video Editor for nearly five years, she has honed her skills in organising shoots, editing videos, and liaising with clients.
Hanne also volunteered for TEDxFolkestone, gaining valuable experience that she's passionate about utilising when supporting our clients with their Pipedrive accounts.
Hanne loves attending live shows, going on long walks and spending time with family, and has a passion for video editing.

Financial Controller
With a strong business background and a passion for organisation, Leanne streamlines financial processes and supports executive operations. She manages customer financial records and ensures the day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Her attention to detail and proactive approach help her anticipate customer needs and solve problems efficiently. Leveraging her business acumen, she provides valuable insights into Flowbird's financial aspects.
She loves jetting off to sunny destinations, sipping cocktails, and spending time with her family in her free time.

Kirsten McNee
Marketing Executive
Kirsten is our talented marketing and design executive, who manages Flowbird's inbound marketing, branding, and social media accounts. With an MA in Illustration, Kirsten has over 10 years of experience in her field, and her expertise in visual communication and marketing plays a vital role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our online presence.
When not in the Flowbird office, Kirsten spends time running her own award-nominated product design business, hosting print-making workshops or spending time with family and friends.

Dexter's been with Flowbird from the start, when Jason and Angie were working out of their garage creating the foundations of what has become Flowbird.
He doesn't have a specific job role, but he's very skilled at what he does.
