Jason founded Flowbird on a straightforward observation: most CRM problems are data problems in disguise. Businesses invest in platforms, build automations, and train their teams, then wonder why the reports still can't be trusted, and the system quietly gets abandoned. He built Flowbird to fix the bit everyone skips: the data underneath. Fifteen years of working with growing businesses taught him that the intelligence needed to make better decisions is almost always already there; it just needs cleaning, connecting, and structuring to become usable.

Focus: His focus is on the gap between what a CRM promises and what it delivers, and what it takes to close it.

Rebecca leads Flowbird's commercial relationships and works directly with clients on CRM adoption, sales process design, and making sure the systems Flowbird builds actually get used. She has seen enough CRM projects fail at the adoption stage to know that the technology is rarely the problem. Getting the process right before touching the platform is where she starts.

Focus: Her focus is the distance between a CRM that is configured and a CRM that is actually used - and what it takes to close it.
