The 90-Day CRM Improvement Programme establishes a commercial baseline for your CRM, agrees the Core Key Indicators it will be judged on, engineers the improvements with the greatest value and measures the difference against where you started.
Most CRM problems are not caused by a lack of software. They are caused by incomplete data, inconsistent processes, weak adoption and disconnected systems that make it difficult to see what is really happening.
Does every indicator get improved at once?
The initial assessment decides which indicators are commercially important, measurable and achievable within the programme. Flowbird then agrees a concise programme scorecard with you.
That assessment is the Customer Platform Assessment. It is a separate fixed-price piece of work, and it is where the baseline, the priorities and the remediation list come from, so the programme starts from evidence rather than from a proposal. Where the findings are mostly about the records themselves, they are delivered as CRM data health work inside the programme rather than as a separate project six months later.
We do not manufacture targets before understanding the baseline. Priorities and measures are agreed using your current position, business objectives, system capability and data quality.
Are the targets the same for every organisation?
No. The starting position, targets and evidence required will be agreed before implementation. Flowbird does not promise the same numerical result for every organisation.
Is this what we need before AI or agents?
Yes, and it is the same argument the programme already makes about reporting. AI features read the records you hold: the properties, the associations between them, and the lifecycle stages that say where something has got to. Where those are incomplete an AI feature does not stop the way a broken report does. It answers confidently and wrongly, which is harder to notice and more expensive to act on.
So the order is the one the programme uses everywhere else. Establish what is actually there, engineer what the evidence says matters, then introduce the thing that depends on it. AI readiness is the assessment of that position, and an agent pilot is the smallest way to find out whether a particular agent earns its place once the position is fit.
What happens when the 90 days end?
The programme hands over rather than stops. The final report closes the 90 days by measuring the difference against the baseline, and what follows is a standing rhythm: the same indicators reviewed every quarter, so a position that took a programme to reach does not quietly drift back.
That rhythm is Flowbird Managed Services, and its quarterly Value Report measures the same things the programme ended on. Nothing is re-scoped and no second discovery is needed, because the baseline and the agreed scorecard already exist.
A programme that finishes cleanly and is never looked at again has a shelf life. Your data, your team and your market carry on changing after the ninetieth day, which is the whole reason the programme was needed in the first place.
What makes Flowbird independent?
Flowbird works across customer data, CRM, automation, integration and reporting. We are not tied to recommending one platform or one type of technical work.
That means the programme starts with the commercial problem and the evidence. The technology follows.
Your customer data should answer the questions that grow your business.
