Data Health Calculator

Six numbers you already know, split into hard cost that leaves the business, recoverable pipeline that might come in, and the cost of waiting a month.

What it does

Six numbers you already know, plus your data condition, produce three figures the model never adds together: hard cost leaving the business this year, a recoverable-pipeline range if effort is redirected, and the cost of a month's delay. Optional own-figures replace the benchmark for any bucket you know for yourself. Every assumption is visible and editable in the panel.

What it does not do

It does not multiply record count by conversion rate by average value. That produces headline numbers that no sales team could actually work, and it double-counts drivers that overlap (a never-contacted record is often also ownerless and often also unmarketable). This model uses buckets that are mutually exclusive and an upside bounded by sales capacity.

A note on the numbers

An estimate that shows its working. The benchmarks are placeholder medians until we replace them with Flowbird's own observed figures. A data audit measures the real numbers rather than reading them off a benchmark.
