Flowbird is looking for an in-house / Telesales Executive to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be based in Ashford, Kent, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

About the Inhouse / Telesales Executive role:
As our in-house / Telesales Executive, you will promote and upsell our services and products to existing customers.
Our Inhouse / Telesales Executive will:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations
- Follow up on inbound leads and work with the marketing department to generate more.
- Analyse and identify the latent potential in our existing customers
- Build awareness of customer business and perceived needs
- Identify target contacts to engage
- Develop appropriate messaging and prepare content for target personas
