HubSpot's core CRM is free to use with no time limit. The trial adds HubSpot's Professional features for 14 days, so you can see whether you need them before paying.

Do I need a card to start?

No. You can create your HubSpot account and start the trial without a card.

What happens after the 14 days?

The Professional features stop unless you choose to buy them. Your free CRM and your data stay. We'll go through the options with you, with no pressure.

What does Flowbird charge for the setup help?

The trial setup and walkthrough are free. If you go ahead, our managed service starts from £250 a month, and we'll quote any bigger setup work in writing first.

Which HubSpot hubs do we need?

It depends on which teams will use it. We'll recommend the right hubs and level during your walkthrough, so you don't pay for features you won't use.

Can you move our data across?

Yes. We move data from spreadsheets and other CRMs, and clean it on the way in.
