Pipedrive services

Discovery, onboarding, automation, reporting, training, coaching, support and audit, all of it specific to Pipedrive. The method is the same one we use on any CRM; what changes is how it lands here.

Six ways we work on Pipedrive. The method behind each is the same one we use on any CRM, and it is set out in full on the CRM Services pages. What changes here is how it lands in Pipedrive specifically.

Each of the six begins with the records rather than the configuration. Deals attached to duplicate organisations, activities logged against the wrong person and custom fields three people fill in differently will break any of them, and none of them are fixed by a better pipeline design.

Pipedrive discovery

It is easy to create a pipeline, add fields and switch on automations. It is harder to build a CRM that reflects how your team sells, gives leaders reliable reporting and keeps adoption strong after launch.

Flowbird designs Pipedrive around process, data and team behaviour, so the system supports growth instead of becoming another admin layer.

Set up to launch

  • × Pipeline stages copied from a template instead of mapped to how your sales process really works
  • × Fields and data created without clear standards, ownership or reporting logic
  • × Automations added before handoffs, responsibilities and follow-up rules are agreed
  • × Training treated as a one-off handover, so adoption drops and workarounds return

Setup to last

  • ✓ Pipeline stages designed around how opportunities move through your business
  • ✓ Data, fields and dashboards structured around visibility, accountability and better decisions
  • ✓ Automation used to support the process, reduce missed steps and keep ownership clear
  • ✓ Teams enabled to use Pipedrive consistently, with support as the system evolves

Where discovery fits

Event Storming Workshops map the stages, ownership, fields and handoffs the system needs to support before the build gets heavier. This is the same work described on the CRM Discovery page, done against Pipedrive's objects and pipeline model rather than in the abstract.

Pipedrive onboarding and setup

Building the thing discovery designed: pipeline stages, fields, permissions, validation and the first integrations, configured so the system is usable on the day it opens rather than three months later.

Data comes with it. CRM migration, clean-up, de-duplication and validation run alongside the build so Pipedrive starts with information the team trusts. The general approach is on the CRM Onboarding page.

Pipedrive automation

Automation in Pipedrive is easy to switch on and easy to regret. The rule we work to is that handoffs, responsibilities and follow-up rules get agreed before anything is automated, because an automation built on an unclear process makes the confusion faster rather than smaller.

What that looks like in practice is on the CRM Automation page.

Pipedrive reporting

Dashboards structured around visibility, accountability and the decisions leaders actually need to make, rather than around the metrics Pipedrive happens to offer by default.

When Pipedrive's own reporting is not powerful enough, external reporting takes the data somewhere that can handle it. The wider approach is on the CRM Reporting page.

Pipedrive training

Practical, hands-on Pipedrive training programmes that fit the way your team works. From initial setup and pipeline design to automation, reporting and adoption, we help you ride the learning curve smoothly and turn Pipedrive into a system your people actually use.

What is Pipedrive Training?

Pipedrive training with Flowbird is a tailored programme that gives your team the skills and confidence to use Pipedrive every day. We start with the essentials - account setup, pipeline management, contacts, deals and activities - then build from there. For growing teams, our training dives into automation, custom fields, dashboards and adoption tactics. Sessions are practical, role-based and aligned to your sales process so learning sticks, usage grows and your CRM becomes a tool people actually want to use.

Why Pipedrive Training matters

  • Boost adoption Teams follow best practice and use Pipedrive consistently - fewer workarounds, better data, faster ramp.
  • Streamline processes Tailored pipelines, fields, and automation remove admin, tighten handoffs, and speed up cycle time.
  • Improve forecasting Cleaner inputs drive clearer dashboards - giving leaders reliable visibility of pipeline and performance.

  • Fit it to you - Fields, stages and automations should reflect your actual process, not a generic template.
  • Build steady habits - Small, repeatable actions create lasting change; one-off workshops rarely do.

Pipedrive coaching

If you've never been involved in setting up a CRM system or running Pipedrive for a while, it may be a bit of a mess! It's here that a Pipedrive coach comes in.

We can help you streamline your sales process and introduce Pipedrive's best practices.

For most of our customers who use Pipedrive, we have a series of one-on-one sessions online. We designed these sessions to review your sales process and then map this to the Pipedrive platform.

Focus your time on selling, and let us worry about the manual work of setting up your CRM.

We will remap the Pipedrive platform throughout sessions, including a review of the main screens, deals and deal stages, contact and email sync, and other areas.

Small Pipedrive Clients - Less than five seats

The first question is usually what it costs. A focused remapping session is around £180 plus VAT: a two-hour one-to-one online session that gets Pipedrive reflecting how your team actually sells.

At the end of it you may be able to carry on unaided. Where the work turns out to be ongoing rather than a one-off, it belongs in the managed service retainer rather than being bought a session at a time.

Larger Pipedrive Client - five seats and above

An initial consultation would cost around £250. Following this, we will make some clear recommendations. Depending on what you need, a remapping project generally runs between £950 and £1,600, covering screen design, training, integration with other platforms and basic data importing. Anything continuous sits in the retainer instead.

How to maximise their team's efficiency

Inconsistent sales processes or pipelines

Lacking a unified strategy, your sales team will find it challenging to pursue leads and effectively nurture their connections with customers consistently.

Integrating Pipedrive with their tech-stack

Navigating through numerous platforms can be daunting and time-consuming, often leading to overlooked or inaccurately managed data.

No visibility on revenue growth

Without a clear understanding of how revenue is growing, companies are essentially navigating in the dark, making it nearly impossible to set realistic goals or forecast future performance accurately

Identifying and segmenting data

These challenges can hinder Pipedrive's effectiveness, impacting data-driven decision-making and strategy tailoring for target customer segments.

Keeping it working

An audit is where optimisation starts. Systems drift, processes change and the setup that fitted last year quietly stops fitting. The ongoing side of this is on the CRM Optimisation page.

The work behind these is onboarding, automation, reporting and training. Where the records themselves are the problem, start with a CRM data audit.
