Ongoing Support
Support will be offered as standard to all customers for any requests being logged. Details regarding CRM support and SLAs can be found in our terms and conditions.
In addition to access to our support teams, all customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager to address any commercial enquiries throughout their contract.
Partnership-Style Service
Developing a partnership-style relationship with our clients is crucial to delivering effective software as a service. We take pride in the fact that all our operations are in-house, allowing our clients to enjoy a direct relationship with the entire expert team. We always deliver our implementation services in-house.
