Complex Integrations

Connect your CRM to your ERP and back-office systems

Flowbird connects HubSpot and Pipedrive to the systems you already run, so sales sees what every customer buys without asking finance.

Your orders, quotes and account history live in your ERP. Your sales team works in HubSpot or Pipedrive. We connect the two, so sales sees what every customer buys without asking finance. We don't replace your ERP; we make your CRM work with it.

The information sales needs, where they work.

  • Customers and accounts, matched so each one is written once
  • Sales orders and line items, with product codes and descriptions
  • Quotes, pushed into the CRM record
  • Delivery addresses and account details
  • Invoices and payments, where your process needs them

Most information moves one way, from your ERP into your CRM. Where it helps, customer and contact details stay in step both ways.

Not just your ERP.

Most of our connections start with accounts and orders, but the same approach works for quoting tools, ecommerce, service desks, project tools and phone systems.

  • Accounts and ERP: Sage 200, Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, Business Central, NetSuite, Odoo
  • Quoting: Knack, other quoting tools
  • Ecommerce and orders: WooCommerce, Shopify, Linnworks
  • Service and operations: HaloPSA, Simpro, BigChange, Tharstern
  • Phone and sales tools: CloudTalk, Aircall, Surfe
  • Other: other systems with an API

We agree what moves before anything is built.

  1. Agree the records. Which information moves, which system owns each field, and what should happen when a customer, quote or order changes.
  2. Match and clean. Customer records are matched and cleaned before anything syncs.
  3. Build and test. The connection is built and tested against what a successful test must show.
  4. Monitor it. Someone knows when a connection stops, and fixes it.

The tool is chosen for the job: native connector, Make, n8n, BPA Platform, or custom code and SQL.

Examples of our integration work

UK foodservice equipment supplier. Sales-order detail in HubSpot, from Sage 200. We extended an existing Sage 200 and HubSpot integration so sales-order line items, product codes, descriptions and delivery addresses appear in HubSpot. Built with Make, BPA Platform and SQL Server, and supported since it went live.

Waste management and recycling business. Quoting connected to customer records. We connected a Knack quoting application to HubSpot, so quotes link to the right customer sites. The client confirmed multi-site quoting works across their sites.

The engineers who scope your connection are the ones who build it.

Sanskar Thapa, Head of Technology. Paul Delahaye, Solutions Engineer. Rupendra Kanwar, Solutions Engineer.

Do you replace our ERP?

No. We don't replace your ERP; we make your CRM work with it. Your ERP stays the system of record.

Which systems can you connect to HubSpot and Pipedrive?

We've connected HubSpot to Sage 200 and to Knack quoting applications. Other accounts, ERP and operational systems can be connected where they offer an API or database access; the discovery call establishes what yours exposes.

Our Sage runs on our own servers. Can it still connect?

Yes. On-premises systems can be connected through a secure connection, for example with BPA Platform and SQL Server, as we've done for Sage 200.

Will it work both ways?

It depends on the agreed scope. Most information moves from the ERP into the CRM. Customer and contact details can stay in step both ways where that helps. We agree the direction of each record before building.

Can you improve an existing integration?

Yes. Bring the current process, any documentation and the problems you're seeing. We've extended existing integrations rather than starting again.

What happens if a connection stops?

We monitor it, so someone knows when it stops and it gets fixed.

How much does it cost?

It starts with a free discovery call. The CRM & ERP Opportunity Audit (£750 + VAT, two weeks) shows what's worth connecting first. Build costs are quoted after scoping.

Will it increase revenue?

A connection doesn't produce revenue on its own. It shows your team where to look: which customers are buying less, which are due to reorder, and what they haven't bought from you.

Tell us what needs to connect.

Which CRM you use, which system you want to connect, and the process that's causing problems. We'll tell you honestly what it would take.
